Just went through one of those days when everything was on low battery including myself. Phone was on low, ipod on low, and I had little energy left in me.

This Friday’s badminton was one of the most intense sessions ever. We went for 4 hours 7pm-11pm. One of the best as well, and as I predicted I’d improve a fair bit and the results show if I remembered correctly, won most of my matches save 1 or 2. Smashing is definitely better and improving. I’m stoked really, last time I played this well was last year. One thing I gotta improve on is consistency, still have some cold patches in some games. Finally rediscovered my smashing form in badminton and along with it my overall form, pity it only happened on my last match today, and came at a small price, pulled my shoulder joint a wee bit, but that will heal before the next time I play. Read More »
